This year’s theme was “China: Through the looking glass.” Since this is an art event and co-hosted by Vogue’s very own Anna Wintour, of course the A-list celebs show up. Some outfits were hits while others were misses.
Here is my list of best and worst dressed.
First, the BAD:
Rihanna. Anyone hungry for an omelet?
Solange Knowles, Zoe Kravitz and katy Perry.
Now, I tried to keep an open mind since this is an art event so of course people are going to think outside of the box. However, some stars just could not pull it off.
Miley Cyrus and Amal Clooney.
Miley looks like S&M gone bad and Amal looks like the Spanish girl dancing emoji. Anyone see it?
Now, the GOOD:
Kerry Washington looked like a princess in Prada. This dress is definitely different and a little out there, but Olivia Pope would be proud.
Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis. This couple is too cute. I’m not a big fan of Olivia’s gloves but can we all agree that this couple looks perfect together?
Kim K and Kanye. Of course Kim showed up baring her famous assets, however I can’t help but notice how similar this dress is to Beyonce’s 2012 MET Gala dress. Anyone see the resemblance? Also, Yeezy decided to hide his man cleavage.
Reese Witherspoon and Gigi Hadid. Red seemed to be the color of the night and these two rocked it.
Beyonce and Jay Z. Need I say more?
Jessica Chastain and Kate Hudson. These two beauties looked like royalty in gold.
Emma Roberts. I was pleasantly surprised with her wardrobe. Kudos.
Sofia Vergara. Her dress seemed a little “prom like” to me but none the less the star looked stunning.
Selena Gomez. She looked like a beautiful Spanish princess in all white. Also probably one of the few people who could rock a flower piece like this.
